Nourish and Inspire - Residential Dining

Residential Dining

Our residential dining team provides the taste and feeling of home for student residents in our five dining courts and athletic dining room. Hourly positions include production coordinators, grill cooks, prep cooks, clerks, and customer service associates. This team is led by supervisors, executive sous chefs, and managers, all salaried positions.

Nourish and Inspire - Retail Dining

Retail Dining

With more than 30 restaurants, cafes, and markets across campus, the retail dining team offers a great variety of dining experiences across campus. Hourly positions include cooks, bakers, team leads, clerks, and supervisors. Salaried operations supervisors and managers lead this team.

Nourish and Inspire - Catering / Culinary

Catering/Culinary

Our full service catering department includes service, culinary, and stewarding teams who execute over 4000 events annually. Hourly positions include banquet cooks, stewards (dishwashers), bakers, prep cooks, catering coordinators, and refreshment services coordinators. This team is led by executive sous chefs and managers.

Culinary Resources Management

Working behind the scenes to keep Purdue Dining & Catering running smoothly, the Central Culinary and Strategic Support team produce grab-and-go items, manage purchasing functions, deliver food across campus, and support our menu management software. Hourly positions include prep cooks, drivers, clerks, and team leads. Salaried positions include food production supervisors, purchasing agents, and administrators.
