Academic Internships

Purdue Dining & Culinary offers many internships during both the academic year and summer months. In Residential Dining, Nutrition 443 students learn how to order food and supplies while supervising a large dining operation. Entrepreneurship 460 students develop new revenue streams for Dining & Culinary. Each summer, Dining & Culinary welcomes students from across the country as part of the National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS) internship program. Dining & Culinary has also facilitated internships with Nutrition 350, Foods & Nutrition in Business 375, Food Science 491, Psychology 492, and Retail Management 300.
