Approved Caterers
Welcome to the Dining & Culinary approved caterer list for Purdue University!
The caterers listed below have met all the requirements to become an approved caterer for Purdue University. If the caterer you would like to utilize for your event is not found on the list please have them email Nikki Engel at nlengel@purdue.edu. Please be advised that it may take a minimum of 10 business days for them to be approved/updated.
When planning your event please ensure that you notify Purdue Parking to reserve parking spaces for the event. Departments must provide Purdue Parking with an I/O number for charges related to setting up the event. When planning your event please provide them with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice, larger events require a minimum of two weeks’ notice. You may email them at lestermw@purdue.edu regarding parking fees and other parking related questions.
