Want Management Experience in foodservice?

Look no further! This paid internship will begin by moving into a 100% complementary residence hall on Purdue’s Campus. You will be introduced to all of PD&C 40 dining locations and learn what you will be doing over the next 10 weeks! Daily activities will vary from working in a dining court, with Human Resources, creating recipes with chefs, to touring other universities dining facilities. Each intern is given a food service project to complete over the course of the internship and will present it in the final week. You will fill out a weekly journal to explain what you learned that day and anything you would change.

When to apply?

We send out applications in early January, hold interviews in March.

The internship will usually begin mid-May and conclude at the end of July.
